Ursula van Doorndraai comes from one of our special Ritse 322 dam lines through her mother, Yolandie van Doorndraai. She received a first premie as a foal in 2014 and continued to show steady quality through the keurings that followed, earning her Star status in 2019. Ursula has a kind, cooperative nature and handles work with maturity, making her an easy mare to manage.

Her South African bloodline continues to prove its value, and we are pleased that her filly, Ornella van Doorndraai, achieved Star status at the 2025 inspection. Ursula along with her daughter, Ornella is also in foal to Foeke 520, which marks an exciting next step for this family line. Ursula remains an important mare in our programme, carrying forward a combination of temperament and type that we value highly.
