Mona Lisa van Doorndraai was a mare of distinction in the Doorndraai Friesian Stud breeding program. By Tsjerk 328 and with Ruurd on her dam line, she carried a refined and valuable pedigree. She earned the Bb1 Stamboek Star Preferent predicate, reflecting her importance in the stud’s bloodlines.

During her 2004 KFPS keuring in South Africa, Mona Lisa was awarded a 3rd premie, setting a strong foundation for her breeding career. Over time, with outstanding achievements from Mona-Lisa’s foals she became a Preferent mare.

Standing at around 1.65 m, she passed on her quality to several progeny, becoming a cornerstone of Doorndraai’s pedigree lines. Though she has since passed away, her legacy continues strongly in our breeding program
