Elsa van Doorndraai is the result of a rare and valuable pairing between Tsjerk 328 and Haitse 425, a combination we were fortunate to produce with the last few frozen straws available from the legendary Tsjerk 328. She received a third premie as a foal and has grown into a mare with a classic, functional type and a steady temperament. As one of the few Tsjerk daughters in South Africa, she represents a meaningful preservation of older Dutch bloodlines within our breeding programme. Elsa has given birth to a foal from Tjalf 443, Dwayne from Doorndraai, she is in foal again, due in 2026
