Leila van Doorndraai is one of our Nella daughters born in 2019 through a carrier mare and is the full sister to Kayla van Doorndraai. She earned a second premie star at the 2024 inspection and has developed into a quality mover with the same natural athleticism seen in her dam line. Leila has a soft, workable temperament, making her an enjoyable young mare to handle and produce.  Leila is also a star mare who earned herself an IBOB of 75.

As one of the last daughters of the late Nella, she carries forward an important branch of our breeding line. We are excited to see how she continues to develop and the role she will play in Doorndraai’s future. Currently in foal to Foeke 520.
